T.E.A.M. Consulting LLC. was established
in 1999 as a part of the TACIS program of the European Community. The lawyers and
economists from Russia and also European lawyers, particularly from the German consulting
company Wistra GMBH participated in creation of the new company.
The idea of launching T.E.A.M. Consulting was to help European and Russian businessmen
in organization of joint ventures and special projects in Russia. The first successful
step by T.E.A.M. Consulting was preparing the feasibility study for establishing
joint-stock company between German company Morgana Castle Internet Solutions and russian
pertner. This JSC realizes a number of big Internet projects in Saint-Petersburg.
The office of T.E.A.M. Consulting settles down in St.-Petersburg, Russia, but with the
help of the Internet the clients from all world can use the company services.
